Interview
The initial application (resume and cover letter) was submitted online followed by an online aptitude test. Next was a traditional phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very kind and seemed like they were looking for the right for the employee. They were very transparent with the process and followed up in a timely manner.

Interview
I had a one hour phone interview then was selected for an in person interview. The 2 interviewers read questions nervously off of a two page question sheet. Not too professional.

Question 1
Your strengths; your greatest weakness; reason for leaving current job; what type of work do you do now, etc. Nothing unexpected at all. They asked questions for more than one hour. I got the impression that the previous person was fired and they were being extra careful to select the one they liked the best.
