Interview
Initial phone screening followed by a 30 minute webcam interview. The next round was a superday on site where there were 7 consecutive interviews with different people. These were both behavioral and technical
Online assessment, interview with director, two interviews with analysts. Cared deeply about understanding of markets and how you followed them. Also spoke on how you evaluated a stock and built conversation from there. Recruiter had very transparent communication and was extremely supportive throughout the process.

What are the 3 most important metrics you would look at when valuing a company?
Very thorough but enjoyable. I liked everyone who interviewed me, and they all were quite friendly. Having some higher ups also in the last round of interviews was a great experience.
