Interview
it was an online interview first in which you have to say a few things about yourself and talk about why you would be a god fit and how you could help the company. It also asked what you have done on campus and how you have stayed involved. It is very easy. Nothing to worry about.
Online Application.
Two weeks later a request to complete a video interview. I hated it.
4 days later request to have a phone interview.
Now I am waiting to have a phone interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Baird in Apr 2014
Interview
Three interview process. First met with the branch manager to see if there was common ground for us to continue the interview process. Second interview consisted of branch manager and senior partner. Hour long meeting consisting of questions about business development, target markets, and expectations. At the third meeting there was a questionnaire asking about hypothetical client interactions, skill assessment and investment knowledge. Ultimately I withdrew my request for consideration.
