I applied through LinkedIn. And they emailed me to take about 21 different subject test based on my LinkedIn (though I haven't used the language anymore). From Problem Solving, English, OOP, Ms SQL Server, MySQL, Java, HTML/CSS, UI Engineering, Photoshop, ANSI SQL, Algorithms, JavaScript, JQuery, Python, Backend Programming (programming exam), PHP, Advanced Problem Solving, Parenthesis Matching, Quick Backend, Situational Questions, Practical Skills. It needs 383 minutes in total or equivalent to almost 7 hours to finished the test. They constantly email to remind me to take the test. But after I finished all of the test. They only say "Thanks, xxx.". And no response any further. I tried to followed up once, and still haven't got any response. So I moved on and go to another company that can respect my time. Seriously, 7 hours of doing a test to have no response at all is a waste of time. Better not tried this company or you'll lose your precious time for nothing.

Me candidatei pelo LinkedIn e o processo demorou 1 mês. No começo, é preciso fazer cerca de 6 testes, alguns obrigatórios, como de lógica e de inglês. A lista de testes é enorme mas é necessário fazer apenas as tecnologias aplicáveis ao cargo. Alguns testes pedem para escrever código mas não é IDE, apenas um campo de texto simples. A entrevista com RH foi direta, perguntando sobre minha experiência. Algumas perguntas foram sobre sua futura dedicação à empresa, se você sentiria confortável viajando à negócios e se trabalharia nos fins de semana. Depois de duas semanas tive a entrevista técnica. Foi via Skype (somente áudio) e a maioria do tempo, sobre tópicos de Python de todo nível de dificuldade, começando com perguntas simples. Essa parte foi tudo em inglês. Exemplos: what are the built-in collection types? What is the difference between bytes and str? What is a decorator? What is a metaclass? São perguntas fáceis de achar em um livro de referência. Li e gostei muito de Python Fluente. Neste livro tem todas as respostas :)
