The interview process consists of a series of behavioral, intelligence and software-development-outsourcing industry knowledge online evaluations and calls. While fun if you like university styled tests, it is a time-consuming process that surely causes people that would otherwise achieve a good fit with the company to lose interest. This process takes weeks before discussing the position you're applying to or being interviewed by a potential stakeholder, so candidates that make it this far do not have information on wheter the position is of interest to them or not. I'm writing this constructive opinion hoping the company reevaluates its hiring policy at least for non technical positions and in doing so, becomes able to attract more talent. Just my 2 cents.
