The initial stages of the interview process were standard, but the final stage exposed a severe lack of internal organisation and basic IT infrastructure. I was presented with an unannounced technical assessment that was completely omitted from all prior recruiter communications and calendar invites. To make matters worse, the laptop the company provided to complete their own assessment was non-functional.
Following the interview, the communication was unacceptably poor. The recruiter ghosted me and my application was left completely un-updated in their portal for over a month. I had been promised feedback within a working week. The process finally concluded with a generic, automated batch-rejection email sent on a Sunday morning.
