Interview
It was tough. From 8 am to 9 pm! They invited about 40 applicants for 4 positions.
It was even physical. No chairs, lunch came late, you eat it on the floor or standing up.

Question 1
First your introduce yourself to interviews. Then it went on and on from exam to exam. A lot of waiting.
IQ and behavioral exams. Then they gave us a bunch of machanical pieces to try to assemble (with extra pieces that doesn't fit).
The final interview was with a team of 5 I believe including the director. They ask quick questions, they don't let you answer. They speak all at the same time, they try to intimidate you. It was a strange experience.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.

Introdue yourself and tell us why you want to work at Baker
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
