I applied at Baker Hughes around Nov 20th 2021. And about a week later I got select for a digital interview (HireView), with 6 questions. Then about early Dec 2021, I received an email for Baker Hughes to set up a phone call interview. The interview was supposed to happen mid Dec 2021 but I haven’t heard back from them since. And it’s almost the end of Jan 2022.

After the CV screening, There is a virtual interview. I did not pass this stage, so I do not know the following stage. It took so much time to reply. They replied with a rejection after nearly one year.

The Hirevue interview for the lead field engineer role, early career was basic, however i failed in my first attempt.
Please plan thoroughly and pray (bet you rolled your eyes, but please do). Dress officially and use proper lighting

Applied on Linkedin, then HireVue, 2 months later, an email said that I have passed the 1st round, 2nd round is held 1 months later. The process is kindda confusing and slow; you don't know wheather you fail or pass
