It was straightforward and they communicated the steps to be taken. Had three interview sessions that lasted between 30 - 45 minutes each: an interview screening, interviews with 2 directors, and another with HR and the program leader.

Interview
Was a very straight forward process. I interviewed with a current member from the program, the program director, an different department executive, and then the executive sponsor of the program. Overall, it was an easy process and I received a lot of support from a current program member to coach me along the way.
