Throughout the process, the interviewer (although prerecorded) was professional and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged open communication. Applied online via BHGE website. Heard back a month later and had an online video interview via Hirevue. Next step is an assessment day in Leduc which i got invited to. Need to be prepared for the online interview. Kinda weird talking to a blank screen.
