Sem muita profundidade. Conversa superficial. Aparentemente não há um padrão de entrevista para diferentes cargos da empresa. De forma geral depende do gerente. Percebi que se voc~e participar de dois processos seletivos vai ter experiências completamente diferentes.
Phone interview first and followed by a physical one. Physical one went the typical way - introduction of yourself and standard questions on experiences, skills, scenario based/situational questions and expectations/career plans with HR and hiring manager.

Incontro diviso in due momenti: prima con HR, conoscitivo ma dettagliato e impegnativo; poi con il Manager di riferimento, tecnico, orientato al ruolo, alle attività e alle aspettative del team.

Puoi descrivere una situazione lavorativa complessa che hai affrontato e spiegare come l’hai gestita?
Colloquio articolato con referenti tecnici che per posizioni junior valutano principalmente le soft skill e la personalità per capire se una persona è adatta alle loro dinamiche o meno. Termine del colloquio, nell'arco di due settimane restituiscono il feedback, che sia positivo che negativo.
