Met hiring manager and talked for less than ten minutes. I had just turned 16 and thought he seemed very friendly and nice. He was, but not in a way that would be allowed now.

1991. Was asked what set me apart from any other blond bimbo who might apply.
It was very easygoing! I was interviewed by two managers and was asked basic questions about my availability, expectations for the job, and past work experience. We discussed pay aswell as if I was willing to work in different areas of the restaurant. Great interview!

Very easy interview process. There is great management and very friendly workers. Asked me few interview questions about what i know about bakers square and a few questions about myself. and i started the job quickly. Be knowledgeable about the different pies they have.
