Interview
It is a 4 part interview process first is the one over the phone with the head of HR then one in person with same person, then you interview with the managers and division director of the department you applied for. Then a 1 on 1 interview with the CEO. All of this is procedure and is subject to change at the discretion of management.

can you tell use something about your personal story in dealing with mental illness or any a conflict with self that you learned from?
