Got scheduled for an in person interview, met with 3 members of the internal team for the interview separately, submitted all required materials for background investigation, met with background investigator, was extended an offer

Hiring team seems unprofessional and out of touch with the current job market, the scope of work for the project manager, contractor work(length of employment) , and current pay rates….this was ascertained by a email he/she sent to me in error after reviewing my credentials and resume. ‘“I can’t even find where this candidate managed a complete project… which explains why her assignments seem to last no more than a year or two. I’m wondering… is the difficulty in recruiting that the City rates are too low or is there just a shortage of good candidates?”’
