The process started with an online video interview. You watch a pre-recorded video of questions and record yourself answering. The video interview included simulated work scenarios to complete in spreadsheets and in the Bamboo HR system. After the video interview, I received an invitation to an in-person interview. There were three people involved in the in-person interview.
First there was a video interview where you watched videos and answered the questions while being recorded, it was a one-way interview so no other person on the other side. Then it moved to a virtual interview with a manager.
