Interview
Applied online, got an initial screening interview with recruiter a week later. The recruiter was very nice but kinda made fun of my professional background and experience. They said BambooHR is very transparent and open, but I got a generic rejection email with no information as to why I didn't move forward with the process. This particular position has been open for a month, and they just re-listed it, so my guess is that they're looking for a unicorn for low pay... Good luck!
I know BambooHR has a great reputation and culture, but I was disappointed in the interview process. After progressing to the second round of interviews, my interview was canceled a few hours before it was scheduled to take place. I was then informed that hiring for the role had been put on hold, and about a month later I was told the company would be moving things around internally and would no longer be hiring for the position. I have nothing but positive things to say about the talent team, but overall it was a frustrating process.
