Applied online. Received a call a couple days later from HR rep to set up a GoToMeeting interview. Asked standard interview questions. Very friendly and warm HR rep. Then did an electrical and mechanical aptitude test and answered test questions on computer knowledge

Applied, received a phone call from Lead Technician, received an email, face to face interview with CPM, hired. Sent to training after 2 week ride along. The process was very easy to do.
