I applied online. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
First my email got lost in my trash so I called them and I got a phone interview set up a few days after and then a week later I went in my first one on one interview and then went in the back and met and talked to the staff then left. I didn't hear anything back after that. I wish they sent an email or called saying you didn't get it instead of never hearing anything again. I think it should be common courtesy especially when people are jobless and seriously hoping for this job and wasting their time waiting for this job.

Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.

My manager was super nice and responsive when it came to the hiring process. I went from application to hired in less than a week. Great experience. Would recommend to others if they love animals
