Typical screening phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the practise manager and chief of staff. The recruiter has a list of 'on the phone questions' he/she reaches for. Previous glass door posts helped me a lot here as the same questions came up for me. They are having a massive recruitment drive at the moment- it's more a chance for you to interview them! They seemed to like the inquisitive/curious approach I took to their reputation and the rumors regarding the level of care and micromanaging from the powers above.

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
