I applied for the pricing analyst position for the corporate office online and received an email request for a phone interview a few days later. We had the phone interview a few days after receiving the email and after that we scheduled an in person interview for the following week. the in person interview was good, first I was interviewed by one person then a panel of three people. both interviews were really unstructured and I could tell no one wanted to be there, I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience even though I overly prepared and was well suited for the position. after the interview I was told I would hear back from HR soon, which I never did. So I followed up with HR and was informed that HR would contact me by a specific date they gave me. a week after that date passed and no response I reached out again. Again no answer on who was getting the position and I was informed by HR that I would hear back by a specific date (once again). HR never reached out to me so I followed up again only to be told that a last second internal candidate has applied and was offered the position. there was a second position I was interested in and HR told me they would inform me once a decision was made on that position (which never has happened). I am not mad or butt hurt by the fact I didn't get a position with your company, I am just trying to show you how your process is inefficient and how the lack of communication within HR is causing your company to lose top talent
