I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (The Woodlands, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview process is pretty basic for an entry-level corporate company. You should wear nice attire (no normal shirts/pants). I recommend dress pants, and a very nice shirt. Usually the interview is in the PetSmart break room, or in an exam-room. You are interviewed by the practice manager and sometimes someone else corporate, and maybe a shift-lead will be present.

Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Miami, FL)
Interview
The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
