Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
Talked briefly over the phone, and since distance was involved they offered a telephone interview. Ended up doing face-to-face interview And took a tour of the facility. The process was really easy and a breeze. After the interview I heard back within a couple of days. We negotiated a offer and I accepted.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
