Baptcare interview questions

Very informative and helped to understand the parameters of the role. We were given the opportunity to ask questions and explore interests for career development within the industry. There is great potential for growth and career development once foundations are extablished

Interview was really good experience at Baptcare. Questions were really straight forward. Had the Facility Manager and office Manager as interviewers. First step was self introduction. Second part was scenario questions and the last part was about the positives and negatives and how I would bring a change by the care I provide
