Very welcoming! I felt that I really made an impression on them with my vast knowledge of books. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind. I highly recommend working here.
My interview was done in a group setting with about 10 other people. It was a bit nerve racking but really it was a show of who could be the loudest. We were tasked with finding a book we could sell and doing a mock sale. It made the interview fun.
