The interview process includes some coding tasks and a meeting in which your problem-solving skills and software design knowledge is assessed. Interviewers were nice and put no pressure and gave plenty of time to think and were open to discussion.

Informal telephone interview, with a follow-up live coding interview. Coding interview was held via Visual Studio Code (LiveShare), where skeleton code was provided and was asked to complete some empty functions to manipulate the data
