They called me the day after I submitted my resume and brought me in two days later. I met the interviewer (the support supervisor), he asked some regular employer type questions, then he had me take a test about linux and networking.

Interview
The Interview process will be of three rounds of Technical round and one HR round. 2 technical will be taken online asking strong knowledge on networking Concept and final technical round will be taken offline.

Networking Concept, Server related questions, Previous experience.
You have to pass a test that consists a mix if linux questions and network questions. It helps to know about SMTP specifically and mail flow. Then you will interview with the lead engineer to review the answers.
Long written test time Linux stuff sql stuff, small rooms, more talking I was just really really long. I mean it felt like an hour how long must it be.
