Bartlett Cocke General Contractors interview questions

I partook in 3 interviews that were minimum of an hour long each just to be told they have moved on with someone else. The last interview seemed promising as it was in person at the office and lasted 3 hours long. I interviewed with all of the lead estimators and was shown the whole office making it promising I got the job.
