Their hiring process includes 4 interviews:
1. Recruiter
2. HR + Recruiter
3. SME or current role owner (portfolio or samples requested prior to interview)
4. Hiring manager
Interview process feels ad-hoc since they do not fully disclose an agenda from start. Interviewers will be named as you move forward in the process and interviews will take place within several days from each other. They will ask you a series of questions which might not be directly linked with the role and ask you to provide a portfolio with work samples. No practical test needed.
Also, interviews will take place in Spanish, even if the role requires English, and do not expect to get any feedback from them about your overall process.
