Bastrop County Sheriff interview questions

Sat in front of 3 people who asked numerous questions. Each one of them had a turn to ask 3-5 questions in which you answered. It's kind of awkward since they are all facing you sitting at a table and you sit across from them in a single chair. They are taught to look for facial expressions, body language, ect. to see how you respond not only verbally but by your actions as well.

Board style where you sit in front of 5 people and they randomly ask questions most of which do not pertain to the actually job or job functions. They are very intimidating and can make you feel very uncomfortable.
