First an application is submitted. If they decided to call you, your invited in for an interview. I think they do all there interviews one on one well at least mine was. It was very casual one of the bosses and I just sat on one of the mall bences in the during the interview. I was very easy going.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
