Turned in application in person, week later received a call to schedule an interview. It was a group interview of about 6 girls, we were interviewed at the food court of that mall. The hiring manager went over all the basic stuff and asked about each one of us. Then chose 3 girls at random to demonstrate how she would sell an item from their store. I received a call back the next few days telling me i was hired. When you go in for orientation they make you watch a long video about the company (don't remember how many hrs long) and teach you how to use their registers. I quit after a couple months because they would never give me any hours!
