The process started with an HR email requesting a design project before any interview, which I completed and submitted on time. Looking back, this was probably a big red flag before any initial conversation. I was then invited to multiple rounds of interviews, but at no point was my work acknowledged or discussed. One interviewer even admitted they hadn’t read my resume, which felt highly unprofessional. The process was exhausting, disorganized, and dismissive of my creative ideas. It left me feeling like the company might be exploiting ideas from young creatives rather than valuing their time and effort.
