HR is sitting in during both interviews. 1st round: 30 min short exam and 35 min interview 2nd round: 30 min short essay and 35 min interview Time was allotted to ask questions for the second interview. The overall process from application to offer took 4 months.

Via Zoom, formal, panel of four (4). Questions asked are similar to those that are on the application. 30 minutes and tests your knowledge of inspection and troubleshooting work. Standard interview for the most part.
