Bayside Council interview questions

Straightforward and pleasant. The questions were well prepared and I understood them. There were about 6 questions and also time for me to answer them at the end. Overall it was a good experience despite the outcome.

Behavioural based interview with 2 managers and 1 senior manager. Needed to complete a police check, submit referee details and attend a pre-employment medical examination. Interviewers were warm and very engaged during the interview. Hiring manager kept in constant contact during the process which took a couple of weeks.
