Interview
There is no process. You show up. If they think you are capable of talking to customers you should be good. Be confident. You have to if you want to sell any cars. The managers are nice, but do not put up with laziness. You fill out a huge packet. Take a drug test. Show up the next day. You may have to learn the 10 steps to a sale, but they give you a sheet on how to do so.

Interview
Interview with the Sales Manager. Fill out paperwork, must pass a background check and drug screen (DISA) Once cleared you begin at the dealership and mentor with an existing team member.
