Bear Creek School interview questions

The interview was similar to other schools I've interviewed with in the area. I appreciated the interviews' friendliness and openness about the mission of the school. Overall it was a positive experience.

There were three steps. An initial call to see if my beliefs & attitude fit with the school. The second was a panel with admin, head teacher of division and other teachers. The third was with the second head of school. This was during COVID.
