It's a nice, casual interview—a relaxed conversation where the atmosphere is comfortable, and the exchange flows naturally. The tone is friendly, the questions are engaging, and the responses feel genuine and unforced. There's no pressure or formalities, just an easygoing dialogue that allows both parties to connect on a personal level. Whether it's discussing passions, sharing insights, or reflecting on experiences, the interview feels more like a meaningful chat between old friends than a rigid Q&A session.
I interviewed at Beauty Quest Group (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process is only an hour talk with two people. The company is a brand off of Conair. Yes this is a startup but the company is established. Please note with up coming Accounting position the person is leaving therefore you will have a short training experience. I was told do not get on the CFO's bad side as he will be loud and mean to you. This is only if your not doing your job but he gets mad and loud so everyone can hear.

Fair and simple. If you can talk, you can probably pass the process. Definitely a fluid company culture and starting to improve I hope. Manufacturing is a tough sector and not for everyone.
