Straightforward and very conversational. Felt structured but not suffocating. The response after was also very quick. It’s a big company and has a lot of rules you have to follow, but it’s a solid job offer.

A brief intro on the project that the company is working on and the entire organization as a whole . The interview format is comprised of set of questions, a number of dedicated technical question and another set more focus on behavioral questions.
