Had a great detailed interview and discussion, I had a very positive thinking about joining an German MNC but reality was apposite, Globally Beckers is a great Employer but worst possible in Beckers industrial coatings LLC RAK, UAE

they wanted employer with low salary and work for long duration, after interview responded very late, after joining company outfit very bad, process everything different and no proper rules, communication is not strong between same team
