How embarrassing for me believing I had 3 opportunities to record a response and probably cussed among other things thinking I had another chance to record an answer. It was an unnecessarily complicated video interview with technical issues. I was supposed to record video answers within a time frame and was instructed I had 3 opportunities to do this. It gave me one opportunity for each of 6 questions then decided it wanted to just submit itself to Bed Bath N' Table without allowing me to review the recorded responses as it said it would allow. Maybe one day they'll do in-person interviews like normal companies who don't want to waste applicants’ time with a poorly designed out-sourced recruiting company like Testgrid. I have to contact Testgrid support about my interview instead of Bed Bath N Table like any normal recruitment process. More complicated than it needs to be.

I received an email asking to do a video interview, you were asked 6 questions and you could do 3 retakes for each question if you wernt happy with your answer,

Very easy. Online interview then really casual chat in the store. Had to make an effort to sell yourself as they didn’t really ask any ‘questions’ as such. Rejection with no feedback.
