I applied online and received a phone call from the Store Manager to schedule an interview that same week. I was told that I would be interviewed by the Operations Manager instead of the Store Manager. The interview started off with questions geared towards getting to know me. I was asked about where I was from, why I moved, my education and how that was going. It was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation in the beginning. He then proceeded to pick 5 questions from a 2-paged list that were basic interview questions. After we were done, he went to ask the Store Manager if she was free and had any follow-up questions to ask. When she came in it was similar to what I experienced with the Operations Manager. However, she went more in-depth about the job I was applying to and what is required. I was called later on that same day with a job offer. Overall, a very quick interview with a calm environment.
