it's relativity simple. Not complicated or arduous. First your interviewed by the floor manager, and then the director of the store. After which, you are either given the job or you are not. They conduct a background check, but it doesn't immediately effect your employment, because it takes a while.

was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
