Very structured with question and not intimidating at all. I would recommend taking an interview with behr if you have the chance as it will at least be a good place to get experience in a corporate interview environment

It was very easy process. They sales manager made me feel very comfortable. The interview took about 1 hr 15 min. The process was very laid back. We just wen tover my resume and ask a few questions.
