Interview is quite chill, Will request answer simple questions in English even its in China. Technical questions are more on quality management. Usually start with self intro then past working experience. May ask the reason why quit from the last job.
Self intro, in Chinese and English. Reason why left the last institution. Expected salary. 2-3 practical problems like unusual torque and misaligned assembly. Will not go in-depth with technical problems.
