The recruitment process was impressively smooth and professional. Communication was timely and clear throughout, which helped create a sense of transparency and confidence. It was also great to see the proactive approach in reaching out with a new opportunity after the initial position closed - this kind of follow-up makes a big difference. The only aspect that could be improved was the interview itself, which felt a bit too condensed. Splitting it into separate HR and technical sessions might allow for a more in-depth and balanced conversation, even if it slightly extends the process.
