I was contacted by a search firm - my resume was found in LinkedIn, I was not looking to move from my then employer. I was first interviewed on the phone by the search firm representative. Then interviewed in person by the search firm managing partner. I was then scheduled with the hiring manager for an interview. Thereafter, I was interviewed by the CEO, CFO, VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, VP of Packaging. After which I interviewed with the Director of Manufacturing, Manager of HR and re-interviewed by the hiring manager and the CEO.
