Bellevue Childrens Academy interview questions

They interview you in person and ask about your teaching style. They typically ask you to teach a lesson that they will watch, but I got hired in the summer leading up to school beginning so there wasn't an opportunity for them to watch me teach. I was offered the role on the spot.

This was without question one of the most disorganized interview, hiring, and onboarding processes I have ever encountered. I was offered conflicting accounts from various supervisors regarding what my compensation was going to be for the year and wasn't given a clear understanding of what classes I would be teaching or my start date until days before I was asked to begin teaching full time.
