Bello Machre interview questions

I went through 3 interviews.They were mostly about my background and experience and if I had a heart for the job. How would I react to certain situations and how I would handle day to day responsibilities.

From interview to being hired is a long process. Bello machre is very selective. I think you cant have points on your licence. They check CPS, DMV, international and FBI background check. I find that after you submit your application you have to call them and be persistent about scheduling an interview. They get a lot of applications so if you really want to work there you have to stand out. There's a first and second interview just in HR. Then they give you an opportunity to go out in the community and interview with a a coup;e house managers before you chose a position.
