Head of People is great; fair and transparent. Full of empathy too.
On the other hand, the Founder is delusional and has serious trust issues. Only cares about his own agenda.

They asked several things but they in return did not answer anything with clarity.
Good, you get to meet the whole team, including the CEO. Everyone is welcoming and interested in you as a person. It's more like a conversation to understand your thought process and not like a question and answer session

Interview
Long process interview. You must meet almost every manager person in the company. Looks like more an internal process for getting prepared hiw to make interviews instead of looking for candidates.
