Very basic process. HR lady called me to schedule an interview about a week after submitting a resume. Interview was with the department manager and assistant manager (there's all of three people in the department so I'm not even sure why an assistant manager is necessary). Interview was pretty relaxed. I got a call back and offer about a week later.
